is the culmination of all his training that teaches you to turn your body into a lethal weapon, Body Weapon can be defined simply but truthfully as ‘What I touch, I break!’.

Incorporating content from all of Master Wong’s systems it effectively utilises techniques from Wing Chun, Tai Chi, Military San Shou and many more.

Master Wong’s JKD Body Weapon is based on the teachings of Bruce Lee. Bruce Lee’s ideas where like any useful facet of martial art – simple. You cannot focus on the distortion and fanciness that the majority of martial arts concentrate on today as they detract the individual from the reality’s of true combat, and instead of training for this reality they are idealistically following something ‘about’ combat.

Worse still phrases, dissected movements, and erroneous complications are ignorantly incorporated until these practitioners are drifting so much further and further into the distance of abstraction and mystery that what they’re doing resembles anything, much less the actual reality of combat.
