Sil Lim Tao

By exploiting the weaknesses of an opponent, learning to control their body mechanics and incoming force, Wing Chun breaks down and minimises the capabilities of an attacker quickly and effectively.The individual Wing Chun practitioner will start off their training in Sil Lim Tao (˜little idea) with basic hand and foot work, moving on to basic pull and push applications & Wing Chun based punches/kicks. As well as these further applications and physical methods of training will be developed. The student works their way through each part of the Sil Lim Tao system using the syllabus putting each aspect together as a whole.

All training sessions in the Master Wong System are taught by Master Wong himself from a purpose built training facility. Training is ˜old school in that it is tough but effective, and there are areas of training that can benefit ANY individual. Once you have finished training in one of our courses you will receive a certificate (not a qualification) stating what you have trained in. If you are interested in training to become a Master Wong instructor then you must sign up and book an instructor course, once you have completed the course, been assessed by Master Wong and passed then you will receive a qualification as an instructor in the Master Wong system
