People can book a short-term block to develop some basic but specific proficiency in e.g. the use of the
legs for kicking work. Or alternatively spend a

greater period of concentrated sessions to learn a skill such as Wing Chun or Tai Chi and all the
elements therein. Individuals can select a specific area they wish to work in, and focus on
that key aspect alone. The trainer is there to teach on a one to one basis and address and
problems that arise
